Mischa de Winter

Drawing on 25+ years of experience in cooking, teaching, recipe development, and food styling, Mischa was born in Cape Town and earned his Cordon Bleu Grande Diploma before refining his craft in Amsterdam. After making Aliyah in 2021, he expanded his background in child development by completing an Early Years Educator diploma in 2026. Believing cooking is an essential life skill, Mischa empowers students to explore practical techniques, ingredient sourcing, and healthy habits through engaging, hands-on culinary education.
