
Sara Greenberg
Founder and Chairperson
Sara Greenberg is a social entrepreneur with a background spanning public service, venture capital, and philanthropy. Originally from Philadelphia, she has lived and worked in the United States, China, and Israel. After making Aliyah in 2015, she completed a voluntary service in an elite intelligence unit of the Israel Defense Forces and later served as Advisor for Foreign Affairs to the Prime Minister of Israel (2017–2019).
Sara is a co-founder of Shoni Health Ventures, chairs the impact investment arm of Seed the Dream Foundation, where she focuses on expanding educational and vocational training opportunities for underserved communities in Israel, and serves on the board of Social Finance Israel. Sara holds a BA in Economics from Yale University and a joint MBA and Master of Public Policy from Harvard Business School and the Harvard Kennedy School.
