
Amnon Shefler
Founder and CEO
Amnon Shefler brings extensive leadership experience from public service and education. He retired as a Lieutenant Colonel after 24 years in the IDF, where he flew F-16s, was an instructor in flight academy and Deputy Squadron Commander, served as Head of the International Branch in the IDF Strategic Division, Chief of Staff to the Prime Minister’s Military Secretary, and the IDF’s International Spokesperson.
Amnon holds a teaching certificate from Kibbutzim College, taught high school civics and history to at-risk youth, today teaches high school mathematics, and helped to establish a pre-military program for vulnerable students. He is a founder and Chair of the board of Education Nation, a non-profit promoting education policy reform in Israel. He holds degrees in Law and Government from Reichman University and a Master’s in Public Administration from Harvard University.
